Rosehip & Comfrey Shave Cream - for mature skin

£9.50

£8.00

Our Rosehip & Comfrey shave cream is designed to nourish mature skin as you shave. The oil blend we have chosen for this cream will leave your skin feeling soft and moisturised.

This cream contains organic rosehip oil combined with our own infusions of comfrey and gotu kola to moisturise and tone the skin as you shave. The unique fatty acids of evening primrose soak into the skin softening and moisturising during the potentially skin damage action of shaving.

Usage

Massage into wet skin an leave for a few seconds to let the oils penetrate the skin and hairs. Shave, then wash off excess cream.

Fabulous result

Having met Simon at a Christmas Fair at Burgh House, I decided to try UXB shave cream. I went for this one, for mature skin (I'm old) and I've been using it for about a month.
When I first tried it I was applying it to wet skin and found the result good but perhaps not quite as good as my previous shave cream. Then I read the instructions again and noticed they said to massage the cream into damp (not wet) skin. So I tried lightly blotting my face with a towel after wetting it, so that it was damp rather than wet. Eureka! Fabulous result.
The cream gives a really close and very comfortable shave. It leaves the skin feeling terrific, as if it has a built-in after-shave balm. And it smells really good. I'll be back!
P.S. I notice the usage instructions here on the web site suggest applying to wet skin. I'd say believe what is says on the bottle.
